The year 2014-15 has been a year of consolidation and strategic planning for Dilasa Sanstha. Our strategic plan revolves around the central theme of “Harvesting rain water for livelihood sustenance.” This theme captures the essence of our work over the past two decades and charts the course for the future.

Our partnership with farmers, Self Help Groups (SHGs), Water User Groups (WUGs), and community-based organizations has been the cornerstone of our success. Together, we have been working across the Vidarbha and Marathwada regions to address the challenges faced by farming communities.

Through our interventions in Phad irrigation, Doha models, watershed development, and sustainable agriculture practices, we have been able to bring about meaningful change in the lives of thousands of farming families. The resilience shown by our partner communities in the face of drought, agrarian distress, and climate variability has been truly inspiring.

We remain committed to our mission of empowering vulnerable communities to secure their livelihoods on a sustainable basis. As we look ahead, we are focused on scaling our proven models, deepening our impact in existing areas, and reaching out to new communities in need of support.
